Order Processing Time:
We can't wait for you to receive your order! General order processing time is 1-3 days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. We are working hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible! Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your order as well as delivery notifications
We now cover all custom duties and fees to USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Mexico, New Zealand, Hong Kong.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@luvachi.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
Delivery
We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@luvachi.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office. Please note that we can not issue a refund if customers refuse to collect package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages won’t be returned back to our warehouse since we ship from overseas. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team at info@luvachi.com to submit a return request.
